Modern terraced houses Lentföhrden

HANSEATICHAUS developed a total of 16 modern terraced houses in 4 construction phases in Lentförden near Hamburg. Here, architect-designed terraced houses were planned, projected and realized according to current living standards and technology. The spatial layouts were designed by interior designers to match the modern furnishing style.

The terraced houses were built to the KfW55 standard and in solid construction. The properties have a solar system for hot water supply, a controlled ventilation system in the rooms, 3-pane thermal insulation glazing including security fittings and many other highlights. All of the houses have been successfully sold. From now on, one end-terrace house will serve as a show home for our customers.

The complex is quietly yet centrally located in the Hamburg metropolitan region. The municipality of Lentföhrden has around 2,400 inhabitants and is located between the towns of Kaltenkirchen and Bad Bramstedt. Lentföhrden is very popular as a place to live due to its favorable traffic situation and good connection to the A7.

There is a crèche, a kindergarten and an elementary school in the village. Secondary schools and various shopping facilities are available in nearby Kaltenkirchen, such as Dodenhof and Ohlandpark. There are also doctors and banks and a wide range of leisure facilities, such as the Holstentherme spa. Lentföhrden has an AKN train connection to Hamburg and Neumünster.
